Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that your Podiatrist has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you and help you get the best results in the shortest time. It will also help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling.
Before your consultation please ensure you follow the following steps:
Bring shorts and T-shirt for biomechanical assessment / manual therapy
Bring any GP referrals, EPC paperwork, specialist letters or relevant imaging
Footwear you most often use, including work, gym and general use
Please refer to our billing information page to ensure you are aware of all costs involved

Moving Forward Podiatry can process your private consultation fees on the spot using our HICAPS eftpos terminal, but please ensure you consult with your health fund provider for your specific benefits.
Additionally, we also process Medicare Claims for eligible patients, using Medicare Online Claiming. We also process Department Of Veterans Affairs Claims (DVA), using DVA Online Claiming.
Moving Forward Podiatry is an NDIS registered provider and will bill all agreed upon service charges directly to your fund provider.
Full payment of your account is due at the time of consultation. We accept Mastercard, Visa and cash. You are responsible for paying the gap or the balance that is not paid by your insurance company.
